I have learned it from Les Rolton in form of Zenna Healing. What I discovered lately is that using spirits with the help of my spirit surgeon, I can deal not only with physical problems but also with emotional problems. It seems to me that I was able to contact a spirit who is able to do this emotional work. He is one of my deceased relatives, and he might be able to do this emotional work on me because he can understand my emotions better than other spirits. Another thing I have discovered is that I can use spirits to do a sort of hypnotherapy. As you know, the basic idea of hypnotherapy is to change our ngative thoughts residing in the subconsious mind to positive thoughts. I did this on myself using a spirit (the same way as spiritual surgery), and I noticed a radical change with my thoughts before and after the self healing. I used to hate a person before the healing and I liked him after the healing.
